Free Consultation:
Consultation is always free. We will analyze your administrative needs and come up with a cost effective solution that will fit your need. Consultation can be done on the phone or at your office usually taking about an one or two hours of your time.
Hourly Package:
Perfect for clients who need on-going support, but do not know how many hours they may need or are reluctant to do the retainer plan. Clients who choose this plan are billed twice a month on the 1st and 15th. There is a minimum 1/2 hour requirement with this plan. Our hourly rates are as follows:
Small Businesses: $15-$35 per hour (depending on what client wants done)
Non-Profits & Associations: $10-$25 per hour (depending on what client wants done)
Pay By the Project Package:
This is for Clients who will rather pay per project. Our rate for this package is generally $25-$40/hour depending on work involved in project. We will give you an estimated quote based on your needs and duration of the project. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to the start of a project with the balance due at completion.
Pre-Paid Package:
This is good for clients who want to pay in advance but don't know how many hours they will need. Pay in advance for estimated hours needed. You can use these pre-paid hours anytime. Clients signing up for this plan will be billed for $15-$30 per hour depending on work or project.
Rush Jobs:
Rush jobs such as jobs to be completed within 24 hours or on weekends will be subject to a 25% additional charge.
Referral Rates:
Clients and Non-Clients who refer new paying clients to us will receive 1 free hour of services. if you are not a client, we will pay you $25-$50 cash.
